How to Book 1. Fill in the on-line
reservation request.
2. We will then confirm your reservation to you by email, usually
overnight. In the unlikely event that your chosen flight is full we
will advise you and suggest alternatives
3. We will then forward to you an invoice together with booking
conditions. You then have 7 days to return a signed copy to us
together with full payment.
4. Once payment has been received we will forward your ticket to you –
usually 4 weeks before departure.
NB: At present we only accept Sterling cheques drawn on a UK bank. We
do not accept credit cards at the moment.
What happens if I need to change anything?
Amendments
If you wish to amend your booking then please do so by emailing us at
amendments@harbour-air.co.uk, the charge for amending your booking is
shown below.
We are open Monday-Friday 0900-1730, anything received outside these
hours will be considered, for amendment purposes, to have been
received on the next working day and charges levied accordingly.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel then we must receive your cancellation request
in writing from you. This can either be by fax, letter, or email and
you must include your booking reference. The charges for cancellations
are shown below.

If you cancel whilst in Canada then you must either have your ticket
endorsed that you did not travel or alternatively if you cancel by
telephone then obtain the reference of the person you spoke to (and
the time and date etc.).

The same cancellation charges apply to scheduled flights whether one
way or round trip. Child cancellation fees are 50% of adult.
Important Information
Please note that the charges above are the charges levied by
Clover-George Associates and include any charges levied by Harbour Air
Seaplanes.
Clover-George Associates act as booking agents for Harbour Air
Seaplanes and as such all bookings are subject to their usual terms
and conditions and their conditions of carriage, a copy of which can
be made available on request.
We act as an intermediary and cannot accept responsibility for any
failure of Harbour Air to provide any service confirmed to you.
Lost tickets
If you lose your ticket before departure from the UK please contact us
as soon as possible.
We will ask you to sign a form of indemnity and we will do our best to
arrange a replacement for you if there is time to get one sent to you,
alternatively we can arrange for you to travel without a paper ticket
if there is insufficient time to mail a replacement. The charge for
this is £25 per ticket (not per person)
If you lose your ticket after arrival in Canada (or forget to take it
with you), please contact us here in the UK by email and we may be
able to arrange for ticket-less travel for you. Again this will be £25
per ticket.
